Sales Tax
At this time we only collect sales tax for the State of Pennsylvania for orders delivered to Pennsylvania.
Returns
If there is any problem with your order, it MUST be addressed within 30 days.
Any item we sell (except computers and software) may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened and in new condition with all packing material.
- There will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
- In the event that you receive a defective product, or if it breaks during the warranty period, we will be happy to assist you in obtaining properly functioning replacements from the manufacturer.
- OPEN SOFTWARE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
All products are guaranteed against defects by their manufacturer.
Customer pays ALL shipping charges on returns.
Any billing or credit discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 60 days.
Technical Support
Technical support is free for the first 30 days after purchase.

Our standard hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
We will answer your questions about the capabilities of any product that we sell.

Pricing may change without notice. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express credit cards.
We are happy to accept purchase orders from the United States Government, educational facilities, and non-profit corporations.
For Government and/or Education Orders, please call for special pricing.
Shipping Charges:
Within the Continental United States:
- FREE Ground Shipping 5-7 days for ALL orders
- FedEx Second Business Day is $14.50 - Shipped and delivered Monday thru Friday only, excluding Holidays.
- FedEx Next Business Day Saver is $24.50.
- FedEx shipping is ONLY available in the 48 continental United States.
Outside of the Continental United States: Please call for pricing on shipping products outside of the United States.
If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please call with that information.
Orders received prior to 2PM EST/11AM PST will be shipped same day.

DigitalMachines respects your privacy. We do not and we will not share or sell any of your information such as your phone number or email address, mailing address to anyone.
Security and Fraud
We take your online security very seriously. As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption.
